05. Intellectual Property
All original website architecture, branding, logos, neon space design aesthetics, custom canvas rendering algorithms, audio synthesizers, and written game copy belong to CYBERTYPER and its creator. You may not copy, mirror, frame, resell, or distribute our source code or site assets without prior written consent.
06. Local Data and Privacy

- Your personal high scores (e.g. Falling Asteroids high score);
- Your offline Top 5 leaderboard entries in Typing Race vs Bot.

Calculated Words Per Minute (WPM), accuracy ratings, and benchmark results are generated for recreational and training purposes only and do not constitute an official educational or professional typing certification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CYBERTYPER or its creators be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, loss of saved browser data, or hardware/software malfunctions.
